Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 1 1/2 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 4 tbsp half and half
Steps
- Beat butter and sugar until creamy, then beat in the egg, egg white, sour cream, and vanilla.
- Mix in flour, baking powder, and salt until a soft dough forms.
- Press the dough evenly into a greased 9-by-13-inch pan.
- Bake at 350 F for 18 to 22 minutes, until the center is set and the eggs are fully cooked.
- Beat butter, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla, and half-and-half until smooth.
- Cool the cookie slab completely, spread it with frosting, and add the sprinkles.
