Ingredients
- 2 lb lean ground beef
- 1 6 oz stove top stuffing
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 batch meatloaf sauce
- 1 tsp meatloaf seasoning
Steps
- Stir the stuffing mix and water in a large bowl, then let it stand for 5 minutes to soften.
- Add the ground beef, eggs, milk, garlic, salt, pepper, and meatloaf seasoning, and mix until combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf in a 9-by-5-inch loaf pan.
- Bake at 350 F for 50 to 55 minutes until the center reaches 160 F.
- Mix the ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, spread it over the loaf, and bake for 5 minutes more.
- Rest the meatloaf for 10 minutes before slicing.
