Ingredients
- 4 strip beef steaks
- 1 cup dinosaur bbq mojito marinade
- 1 bunch fresh italian parsley
- 11 cloves garlic
- 3 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
Steps
- Marinate the steaks in the marinade in a shallow dish for 20 minutes.
- Chop the parsley and garlic, then stir them with lemon juice, pepper flakes, salt, cumin, oregano, and olive oil.
- Heat a grill or grill pan to medium-high, about 425 F, and remove the steaks from the marinade.
- Grill the steaks for 4 to 6 minutes per side, until they reach 145 F.
- Rest the steaks for 5 minutes, then spoon the chimichurri over them.
