Ingredients
- 4 lb baby back pork ribs
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder (optional)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups barbecue sauce
- 3 tbsp garlic
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
- 3/4 tbsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1 tsp salt
Steps
- Heat the oven to 275 F.
- Coat the ribs with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, and olive oil.
- Wrap the ribs tightly and bake them on a sheet pan for 1 hour 50 minutes.
- Mix the barbecue sauce, garlic, olive oil, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne, and salt.
- Brush the ribs with the sauce and bake uncovered at 425 F for 20 minutes.
- Check that the pork reaches at least 145 F before serving.
