2 tbsp sriracha chili sauce (optional)

1 lime
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil or butter
2 cloves garlic
2 1/2 strips scallions
3 1/2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro

Steps

Whisk sriracha, soy sauce, brown sugar, and lime juice in a small bowl.
Boil the ramen noodles according to the package directions, then drain them.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the garlic for 1 minute.
Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 4 minutes until they reach 145 F.
Pour in the sauce and cook for 2 minutes, then toss in the noodles.
