Ingredients
- 3/4 cup whole grain pasta
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 2 tbsp philadelphia cooking creme
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1/2 cup canned artichoke hearts
- 1/2 cup white beans
- parmesan cheese
Steps
- Boil salted water in a medium pot, cook the pasta for 8 to 10 minutes until tender, and drain.
- Warm cooking oil in a large skillet over medium heat, then cook the garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add the artichokes, white beans, and spinach, and cook for 3 minutes until the spinach wilts.
- Stir in the cooking creme and drained pasta, and cook for 2 minutes until hot.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 1 minute.
