  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1/2 tsp lime juice
  • 3 tbsp cashews
  • 1 tsp all purpose flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 7 strands saffron
  • 1 1/2 cups oat milk
  • 2 tbsp almond flour
  • 2 tbsp crust of the bread slices that you sliced earlier

  2. Simmer the oat milk, almond flour, 2 tablespoons sugar, saffron, and cardamom in a saucepan over low heat for 12 minutes, stirring often.
  3. Simmer the maple syrup, remaining sugar, and water in a small saucepan for 5 minutes, then stir in the lime juice.
  4. Toast the reserved crusts and cashews in the skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes, then crush them with the flour.
