- 4 skinless salmon fillets
- 1 lb asparagus
- 2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 lemon
- fresh dill sprigs
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and prepare four large foil sheets.
- Divide the asparagus among the foil sheets and place one salmon fillet over each portion.
- Mix the olive oil with minced garlic, then brush it over the salmon and asparagus.
- Season everything with salt and pepper, then top with lemon slices and dill.
- Fold and seal the packets, place them on a baking sheet, and bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
- Open one packet carefully and confirm that the salmon reaches 145 F and flakes easily.
