Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chunks
- 3/4 cup crushed pretzels
- 3/4 cup toffee bits
- sea salt (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease two baking sheets.
- Beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy, then mix in the egg and vanilla.
- Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until a dough forms.
- Fold in the milk chocolate chips, chocolate chunks, crushed pretzels, and toffee bits.
- Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the baking sheets, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the edges are set and the centers remain soft.
- Cool the cookies on the sheets for 5 minutes before moving them to a plate.
