Ingredients
- 1 bone-in turkey breast
- 5 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 onion
- 1 rib celery
- 1/2 cup white wine or chicken broth
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and place the turkey breast in a roasting pan.
- Mix the lemon juice, olive oil, pepper, rosemary, thyme, and garlic salt, then rub it over the turkey.
- Quarter the onion, chop the celery, and place both around the turkey with the wine or broth.
- Roast for 100 minutes, basting once, until the thickest part reaches 165 F.
- Rest the turkey for 20 minutes before slicing.
