Ingredients
- 1 lb brussels sprouts
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic
- kosher salt and ground black pepper (optional)
- 1/4 cup mayo
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1/2 tsp garlic
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
- salt and black pepper
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F.
- Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
- Toss the sprouts with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 35 minutes, turning once, until browned and tender.
- Whisk the mayonnaise, mustard, garlic, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Toss the roasted sprouts with the dressing.
