Ingredients
- 6 oz package raspberry jello
- 8 oz tub cool whip
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 3 oz package raspberry jello
- 6 oz package raspberries
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
- Dissolve the 6-ounce raspberry gelatin in the warm water, then beat in the eggs, sugar, and vanilla.
- Stir in the flour, pour the batter into the pan, and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the center is firm.
- Cool the cake completely for 45 minutes, then spread the whipped topping over it.
- Dissolve the 3-ounce raspberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water, chill it for 20 minutes, and fold in the raspberries.
- Spread the gelatin mixture over the topping and chill the cake for at least 60 minutes.
