Ingredients
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup wholesome! organic honey
- 1 cup butter
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup wholesome! organic light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a 10-inch Bundt pan with cooking oil.
- Melt the 1 cup butter, then beat it with the sugar, honey, eggs, vanilla, pumpkin, and yogurt.
- Stir in the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Mix the brown sugar, 1 tablespoon butter, and cinnamon, then scatter the mixture in the Bundt pan.
- Pour in the batter and bake for 45 to 50 minutes, until a tester comes out clean.
- Cool the cake in the pan for 15 minutes, then turn it onto a plate.
