Ingredients

  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp milk

Steps

  1. Heat the oven to 350 F and oil a 10-inch Bundt pan.
  2. Stir the cake mix, pumpkin, eggs, baking soda, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the batter into the pan and bake for 35 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.
  4. Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn it onto a plate.
  5. Whisk the powdered sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and milk, then drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake.
