1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup light brown sugar
3 large eggs
3 tbsp greek yogurt
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 heaping tsp ground nutmeg
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
3 cups cake flour
1 cup whole milk
2 cups confectioner’s sugar
2 tsp cornstarch

Steps

Heat the oven to 350 F and grease a 24-cup mini muffin pan with cooking oil.
Melt the butter, then whisk it with the granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, yogurt, vanilla, and milk.
Whisk the cake flour, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
Stir the dry mixture into the wet mixture just until smooth, then fill each muffin cup about two-thirds full.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the tops spring back when pressed.
Cool the donut holes for 5 minutes, then toss them with the confectioners' sugar and cornstarch.
