2 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups mashed potatoes
1 tbsp salt
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp crumbled dried rosemary
1/3 cup olive oil
1 1/2 lb red potatoes

Steps

Stir the yeast into warm water, then mix in flour, mashed potatoes, salt, and half the olive oil to form dough.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8 minutes, place it in an oiled bowl, and let it rise for 90 minutes.
Press the dough into an oiled 9-by-13-inch pan and let it rise for 35 minutes.
