Ingredients
- 6 potatoes
- 1 small leek
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 1/2 tsp tarragon
- 1 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp rosemary
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 1/4 tsp savory
- 4 cup water
Steps
- Peel and cut the potatoes into chunks, then slice the leek.
- Place the potatoes, leek, water, garlic powder, salt, bay leaf, tarragon, thyme, rosemary, white pepper, and savory in a 6-quart slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours, until the potatoes and leek are very tender.
- Remove the bay leaf and stir the soup before serving.
