- 2 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup apple sauce for serving on the side (optional)
Steps
- Mix the flour, paprika, garlic powder, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Coat each pork chop with the seasoned flour and shake off the excess.
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the chops for 4 to 5 minutes per side, until browned and the centers reach 145 F.
- Rest the chops for 3 minutes, then serve with applesauce.
