Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- salt and ground fresh black pepper
- 1/2 cup sugar-free tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 mushroom
- 3 oz pepperoni slices
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and line a baking sheet with oil.
- Cook the chopped cauliflower in a covered pot with a little water for 8 minutes, then drain and cool it.
- Squeeze out excess water, then mix the cauliflower with egg, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Press the mixture into a 10-inch round on the baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
- Spread on the tomato sauce and add mozzarella, Parmesan, mushrooms, and pepperoni.
- Bake for 12 minutes, until the cheese melts and the egg-set crust is firm.
