1 pinch salt
1 dash vanilla extract
150 g ground oats
150 g butter
1 tbsp sugar syrup
3 strawberries

Steps

Whisk the egg, milk, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla in a bowl.
Stir in the ground oats until a thick batter forms, then rest it for 5 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt a little butter in it.
Cook 1/4-cup portions for 2 to 3 minutes per side, adding butter between batches.
