Ingredients
- 10 tbsp nutella
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1 1/3 cups plain flour / all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp cooking salt / kosher salt
- 120 g / 8 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 large egg
Steps
- Spoon 10 portions of Nutella onto a lined plate and freeze them for 60 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan, then cool it for 10 minutes.
- Whisk the butter, brown sugar, vanilla, honey, and egg in a bowl, then stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, divide the dough into 10 portions, and wrap each portion around a frozen Nutella center.
- Chill the filled dough balls for 30 minutes while heating the oven to 350 F.
- Bake on a lined baking sheet for 12 to 15 minutes, until the cookies are set, then cool completely.
