50 g / 3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp roughly chopped coriander/cilantro or parsley (optional)
1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar

1 1/2 tsp cooking salt / kosher salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F and arrange the wings on a large baking sheet.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then cook the garlic for 1 minute.
Stir the brown sugar, paprika, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, thyme, oregano, and cayenne into the butter.
Brush the wings with the butter mixture and roast for 35 minutes, turning once, until they reach 165 F.
Brush the cooked wings with the remaining sauce and roast for 5 more minutes.
