Ingredients
- 24 chicken wings
- 2 tbsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 tsp each garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 3/8 tsp cayenne pepper (optional)
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 1/2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and line a large baking sheet.
- Mix the baking powder, brown sugar, lemon pepper seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne.
- Coat the wings with the seasoning mixture and arrange them on the baking sheet.
- Bake the wings for 45 minutes, turning them halfway, until they reach 165 F.
- Stir the melted butter, remaining lemon pepper seasoning, lemon juice, and honey in a bowl.
- Toss the hot wings with the lemon butter mixture and bake for 5 more minutes.
