Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 jars (12 oz) hot fudge sundae topping
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line two baking sheets.
- Beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth, then beat in the eggs and vanilla.
- Whisk the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl, then mix them into the butter mixture.
- Scoop dough onto the sheets, place hot fudge in the centers, and seal the dough around each filling.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the edges set, then cool for 5 minutes.
