Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 1 cup marshmallows
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line two baking sheets with baking paper.
- Whisk the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Beat the butter, both sugars, eggs, vanilla, and peanut butter until smooth.
- Stir in the oats and dry mixture, then fold in all three kinds of chips.
- Scoop the dough onto the sheets, top each portion with marshmallows, and bake for 10 minutes.
- Cool the cookies on the sheets for 5 minutes, until the centers are set and the eggs are fully cooked.
