1 package tofu
4 oz ground pork
1/2 onion
2 scallions
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 green bell pepper
1/4 red bell pepper
2 tbsp cooking oil or chili oil
1 tbsp gochugaru
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp doenjang
1/2 tbsp gochujang
1 tsp sugar
2 tsp sesame oil
1 tbsp starch

Steps

Drain and cube the tofu, chop the onion and peppers, and slice the scallions.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the pork for 6 minutes until it reaches 160 F.
Add the onion, peppers, and garlic, and cook for 3 minutes.
Stir in the gochugaru, soy sauce, doenjang, gochujang, sugar, and sesame oil.
Add the tofu and simmer gently for 5 minutes without breaking the cubes.
Mix the starch with water, stir it into the skillet, and cook for 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
