Ingredients
- 1 cans (15 oz) cannellini beans
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 lemon
- 1 lemon
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 tbsp grapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp rosemary
- 1 tbsp lemon thyme
- salt & pepper
Steps
- Drain the cannellini beans and add them to a food processor.
- Add the avocado, juice from both lemons, garlic, grapeseed oil, rosemary, and lemon thyme.
- Blend until smooth, scraping the sides as needed.
- Season with salt and pepper, then blend briefly to combine.
