- 8 chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup liquid honey
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 lemons
- fresh parsley
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F and oil a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk the olive oil, honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, and salt in a bowl.
- Coat the chicken thighs in the sauce and arrange them in the baking dish.
- Bake for 22 minutes, until the thickest thigh reaches 165 F.
- Rest the chicken for 2 minutes, then top with lemon slices and parsley.
