Ingredients
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 1/2 kiwi
- 1 lb strawberries
- 1 1/4 cup blueberries
- 1 cup raspberries
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line a 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
- Beat the eggs and sugar until thick, then fold in the flour and baking powder.
- Spread the batter in the pan and bake for 25 minutes until set.
- Cool the cake completely, then beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until thick, fold it into the cream cheese mixture, and spread it over the cake.
- Arrange the kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries on top, then chill for 10 minutes.
