Ingredients
- 1 tbls vegetable oil
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves chopped garlic
- 1 part ginger
- 1 packet coriander
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp garam masala
- 400 g chopped tomatoes
- 400 g kidney beans
Steps
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Cook the onion for 6 minutes until soft, then add the garlic and ginger for 1 minute.
- Stir in the cumin, paprika, and garam masala for 30 seconds.
- Add the tomatoes and kidney beans, then simmer uncovered for 25 minutes.
- Stir in the coriander and cook for 3 minutes before serving.
