Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp oregano
- 2 tsp basil
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 lb boneless beef roast
- 1 onions
- 1 cup beef stock
- 1/4 cup dry red wine
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
Steps
- Slice the onion and mince the garlic.
- Place the roast, onion, garlic, oregano, basil, thyme, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes in a slow cooker.
- Pour in the beef stock, red wine, and vinegar.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours 45 minutes, until the beef is tender and reaches at least 145 F.
- Shred the beef in the cooking liquid before serving.
