Ingredients
- 100 g digestive biscuits
- 85 g almonds
- 85 g butter
- 250 ml greek yogurt
- 750 g mascarpone
- 2 eggs
- 1 lemon
- 1 orange
- 250 ml honey
Steps
- Heat the oven to 325 F and grease a 9-inch springform pan with oil.
- Crush the biscuits and almonds, mix them with melted butter, and press the mixture into the pan.
- Beat the mascarpone, yogurt, honey, eggs, and lemon and orange zest until smooth.
- Pour the filling over the crust and bake for 40 minutes, until the center is set and the eggs are firm.
- Cool the cheesecake in the pan for 5 minutes.
