Ingredients
- 4 1/2 russet potatoes
- 6 slices honey baked ham
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp each onion pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp each pepper
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded gruyere cheese
Steps
- Heat the oven to 375 F and grease a 12-cup muffin pan with the butter and oil.
- Slice the potatoes thinly, cut the ham into pieces, and toss the potatoes with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Layer potatoes, ham, and Gruyere in each muffin cup, then pour the cream evenly over the stacks.
- Bake the stacks for 30 minutes, until the potatoes are tender and the centers reach 165 F.
- Rest the stacks for 5 minutes before loosening them from the pan.
