- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- salt to taste (optional)

Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the ground turkey and cook for 6 minutes, breaking it apart, until no longer pink.
- Stir in the tomato sauce, chili powder, coriander, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the turkey reaches 165 F.
- Top the cooked turkey with shredded cheese before serving.
