Ingredients
- 1 jars (16 oz) organic peanut butter
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup honey
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips or chocolate chunks
- 1/2 cup crushed candy canes
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 350 F.
- Line a 9-inch square pan with parchment or lightly coat it with cooking oil.
- Stir the peanut butter, eggs, honey, vanilla, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Fold in both chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter in the pan and bake for 22 minutes, until the center is firm.
- Press the crushed candy canes onto the warm brownies, then cool before cutting.
