Ingredients

4 lobster tails
1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional)
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp fine sea salt
1/8 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
4 tbsp unsalted butter

Steps

Heat the oven to 425 F and place the lobster tails shell-side down in a baking pan.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat, then stir in the garlic, mustard, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spoon the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the meat reaches 145 F and flakes easily.
Spoon the pan butter over the lobster and sprinkle with parsley.
