Ingredients
- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/3 cup white wine
- 2 tbsp honey
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt (optional)
- 1 pinch cracked pepper (optional)
- 4 slices lemon
- 2 tbsp parsley
Steps
- Heat the broiler to high and place the oven rack 6 inches from the heat.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise and place them meat-side up in a broiler-safe pan.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat, then stir in the onion, wine, honey, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Spoon the sauce over the lobster meat.
- Broil for 8 to 10 minutes, basting once, until the meat reaches 145 F and flakes easily.
- Spoon the remaining sauce over the lobster and top with lemon slices and parsley.
