Ingredients

2 cups raw cashews
2 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
1 lemon
1/4 cup lemon juice
4/7 cup water
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp sea salt
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp finely minced fresh dill

Steps

Soak the cashews in water for 30 minutes, then drain them well.
Blend the cashews, garlic, garlic powder, lemon juice, water, nutritional yeast, salt, and olive oil until smooth.
