- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 1/2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/4 lb shrimp
- 1 pinch salt (optional)
- 1 pinch cracked pepper (optional)
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
Steps
- Heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons butter in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat for 1 minute.
