Ingredients
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 oz taco seasoning
- 6 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
- 1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups fritos® corn chips
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/2 cup catalina dressing (optional)

Steps
- Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, breaking it apart until it reaches 160 F.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and water as directed on the seasoning packet, then simmer for 2 minutes.
- Chop the lettuce and tomatoes while the beef cooks.
- Layer the lettuce, tomatoes, cheddar, warm beef, and corn chips in a large bowl.
- Top with salsa and Catalina dressing, if using, and serve within 30 minutes.
