Ingredients
- 3 large avocados
- 1 1/2 tbsp lime juice (optional)
- heaping 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 3 scallions
- 1/4 tsp minced garlic (optional)
- 1 small tomato
- 3 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
Steps
- Halve and pit the avocados, then scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
- Chop the scallions, jalapeño, tomato, and cilantro into small pieces.
- Mash the avocados with lime juice, salt, cumin, and garlic until mostly smooth.
- Fold in the chopped vegetables and cilantro, then let the guacamole rest for five minutes.
