Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- salt and black pepper to taste (optional)
- slices of lemon for garnishing (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 425 F.
- Stir the olive oil, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, and onion powder in a small bowl.
- Place the salmon fillets in a lightly oiled 9-by-13-inch baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the sauce over the salmon.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until the fish reaches 145 F and flakes easily.
