Ingredients
- 1 14oz packaged smoked cocktail sausages
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup ketchup sauce
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tbsp red habanero “elyucateco”
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup green onions
Steps
- Melt the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sausages and cook for 5 minutes, stirring until lightly browned.
- Stir in the ketchup, water, hot sauce, and soy sauce.
- Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens.
- Cook sausage until it reaches 160 F inside.
- Top the sausages with the green onions and serve hot.
