- 1 cup gluten free baking flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
- 5 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup organic turbinado sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 2 tbsp amaretto liquor
Steps
- Whisk the flour, baking powder, salt, cocoa powder, and both sugars in a medium bowl.
- Stir in the yogurt, vanilla extract, almond extract, and amaretto until a thick dough forms.
