- 8 chicken legs
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves crushed garlic
- 1/2 cup onion
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp honey
- garnish parsley (optional)
Steps
- Season the chicken legs with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat the olive oil in a 12-inch skillet over medium heat.
- Brown the chicken legs for 8 minutes, turning them several times.
- Cook the onion and garlic in the skillet for 2 minutes.
- Add the stock, mustard, and honey, then cover and simmer the chicken for 25 minutes.
- Stir in the cream and cook uncovered for 5 minutes, until the chicken reaches 165 F; garnish with parsley.
