- 3 cups frozen cranberries
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 apple
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 4 oz cream cheese at room temperature
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup walnuts
Steps
- Thaw the cranberries at room temperature for 15 minutes, then chop them with the apple and walnuts.
- Stir the cranberries, pineapple, apple, marshmallows, 2/3 cup sugar, and salt in a large bowl.
- Beat the cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Whip the heavy cream until firm peaks form, then fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Fold the cream mixture into the cranberry mixture and chill for 10 minutes before serving.
