Ingredients
- 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 3/4 cup fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and grease two baking sheets with cooking oil.
- Whisk the oat flour, all-purpose flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
