Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup cranberries
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Steps
- Heat the oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Mash the banana in a bowl until smooth, then stir in the almond butter.
- Mix in the chia seeds, cacao powder, coconut sugar, vanilla, baking soda, and salt.
- Fold in the cranberries and chocolate chips, if using.
- Scoop 10 portions onto the baking sheet and bake for 7 minutes.
