Ingredients
- 1 can (6 1/2 oz) crabmeat
- 1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 green onions
- 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp mustard powder
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/4 tsp salt or 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 cup flour
- 4 eggs
Steps
- Heat the oven to 400 F and line a baking sheet.
- Melt the butter with 1 cup water and the salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in the flour until a dough forms, then cook for 2 minutes and cool for 5 minutes.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then fold in crabmeat, cheddar, green onions, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard powder.
- Drop 24 spoonfuls onto the baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, until puffed, golden, and firm.
- Cool the puffs for 5 minutes before serving.
