Ingredients

12 large easy to peel hard boiled eggs
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp dijon mustard
3/4 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp hot sauce (optional)
3/4 tsp old bay
2 tsp flat leaf parsley
1/4 tsp kosher salt
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
8 oz lump crabmeat
salt and pepper (optional)
1/4 cup panko
optional garnishes: lemon zest

Steps

Slice the hard-boiled eggs in half and remove the yolks.
Mash the yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, Old Bay, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Fold the crabmeat into the yolk mixture.
Spoon the filling into the egg whites and chill for 15 minutes.
Toast the panko in a dry skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes, then sprinkle it over the eggs.
